BODY VITALITY: FIT AT 60 AND BEYOND

Fit at 60 And Beyond features a mixture of mobility, balance, strength, and stretching to help your body feel and look it’s best. Each workout builds upon the last to gradually increase the difficulty level. A fit, toned, functional body is within your grasp!

What you get:

  • 6, 15 minute, total body workouts, incorporating dynamic (moving stretching) in the beginning, balance and strength in the middle, and ending  with static (holding) stretching at the end. 

  • Follow along videos demonstrating proper form and modifications.

  • Convenient plan that can be done at home or at the gym in as little as 10-15 minutes a day. Each workout is designed to be done 2-3, non-consecutive days a week.

  •  Convenient workouts that can all be done at home using only a chair and a mat.
